Barak founded Prospect Horizon Capital in 2025 and serves as its Managing Partner. Before establishing the fund, he worked at Discount Capital, specializing in value investing, mezzanine financing, and fund investment strategy, collaborating with global firms such as Blackstone and Khosla Ventures.

Following his service in Unit 8200, Barak held roles at Playtika, The Coca-Cola Company, and the Central Bank of Israel.

Barak is an M.B.A. candidate at Yale University and holds an M.A. in Financial Economics and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
